Exodus 12:37-42

The children of Israel traveled from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot who were men, in addition to children. A mixed multitude went up also with them, with flocks, herds, and even very much livestock. They baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought out of Egypt; for it wasn't leavened, because they were thrust out of Egypt, and couldn't wait, and they had not prepared any food for themselves. Now the time that the children of Israel lived in Egypt was four hundred thirty years. At the end of four hundred thirty years, to the day, all of the LORD's armies went out from the land of Egypt. It is a night to be much observed to the LORD for bringing them out from the land of Egypt. This is that night of the LORD, to be much observed by all the children of Israel throughout their generations.

Matthew 12:14-21

Mas os fariseus saíram e conspiraram contra ele, sobre como poderiam destruí-lo. Jesus, percebendo isso, retirou-se dali. Grandes multidões o seguiram, e ele curou a todos, e lhes ordenou que não o tornassem conhecido, para que se cumprisse o que foi dito pelo profeta Isaías, que disse: "Eis o meu servo, a quem escolhi, o meu amado, em quem a minha alma se agrada. Porei sobre ele o meu Espírito, e ele proclamará justiça às nações. Ele não contenderá, nem gritará, e ninguém ouvirá a sua voz nas ruas. Ele não esmagará a cana rachada, nem apagará o pavio que fumega, até que leve a justiça à vitória. Em seu nome, as nações esperarão."
